Thank you for considering a donation to the Conflict Management Initiative at UNC-Chapel Hill. CMI’s greatest need at the moment is to increase the number of skilled-based courses for undergraduate-students in the fields of Negotiation, Mediation, and Restorative Justice. By donating to CMI, the University will be able to hire additional practitioners to teach students how best to manage their own conflicts and to assist others in managing theirs.

CMI’s other needs include: Funding events, sponsoring the costs of student internships, and endowing the Initiative so that it may become a stand-alone unit on campus. While there is a robust minor in Conflict Management, CMI’s aims to eventually introduce a major.
